Work Environment

The physical therapist will work on-site in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, spanning 5000 square feet dedicated to sports medicine and orthopedic care. You will be part of a collaborative team environment with two other physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA), all committed to fostering an engaging atmosphere that supports patient health and wellness. Our facility is designed to inspire rehabilitation success, featuring the latest therapeutic exercise equipment and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs, establishing individual treatment objectives.
• Manage a caseload of patients, providing focused care on a 1:1 basis to ensure personalized attention during each session.
• Develop and implement tailored care plans that utilize varied treatment techniques to address specific injuries and improve overall function.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practices to optimize patient treatment outcomes while reducing reliance on medications and exploring non-surgical options.
• Design and lead customized fitness and wellness programs aimed at enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Maintain detailed patient documentation regarding services provided, progress notes, and treatment outcomes while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate actively with fellow healthcare professionals to provide a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Communicate motivating feedback and educational resources to patients to encourage a proactive approach to their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from a recognized institution.

• Proficient in applying manual therapy techniques and designing exercise protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with WebPT EMR software is advantageous for efficient documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrable experience within outpatient orthopedic settings is highly preferred.
• Experience in treating a diverse range of orthopedic conditions, which may include sports injuries, chronic pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, reflective of your experience and contributions to the team.
