Description:

This role supports activities throughout the entire fulfillment lifecycle and is responsible for eliciting, documenting, and testing actual needs/requirements of stakeholder.
This frequently involves investigating and clarifying their expressed desires, to determine underlying issues, causes and resolutions.

Summary of the project/initiative: USP Strategic Platform (USP) - main objective is to efficiently deliver letter templates while providing accurate information to members, groups and providers.
