Location : Philadelphia, PA (Onsite)
- Customer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through exceptional service and support.
- New Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new customer opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and develop strategic sales plans to stay ahead of industry changes.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with department leaders to design and implement profitable B2B sales initiative
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfactio
- Industry Events: Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to enhance brand presence and build new connections.
- Industry Experience : 3+ years of experience in retail, grocery, produce, and/or B2B sales.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and maintain professional client relationships.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effective.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other sales-related.
- In-Person Collaboration: Willingness to work on-site in Philadelphia.
- Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, reliable, and goal-oriented mindset.
