Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify students' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources for improvement.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate specific goals and interventions tailored to each student’s unique challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational professionals, to ensure comprehensive, client-centered care.

• Address crisis situations with appropriate interventions, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans as needed.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in line with ethical and legal standards to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to promote collective healing among peers.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
