Work Environment\n

Our clinic operates within an outpatient office structure, allowing therapists to work remotely while remaining actively involved with their colleagues and the broader therapeutic community. The selected candidate will focus on remote therapy sessions, adhering to a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some flexibility in scheduling may be required to accommodate clients’ specific needs. Our team is equipped with the latest telehealth technologies, ensuring effective communication and continuity of care, regardless of location.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Covenant Wellness Therapeutic Clinic, you will:

• Conduct thorough individual, couples, and family therapy sessions with a focus on fostering psychological insight and emotional healing.

• Assess clients' mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations, developing personalized treatment plans that target their specific goals and challenges.

• Apply a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy, to achieve meaningful progress in clients' mental health journeys.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary team members, such as psychiatrists and social workers, ensuring comprehensive care through case discussions and collaborative strategies.

• Document client progress meticulously, maintaining accurate and timely records in accordance with organizational policies and standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
