Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and family therapy sessions, both virtually and in-person, where applicable.
\n
• Administering psychological assessments to identify patient needs and treatment options.
\n
• Developing personalized treatment plans that address specific issues, including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and divorce adjustments.
\n
• Engaging in collaborative care with other health professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
\n
• Providing ongoing support and resources for families facing challenges related to blended families or job stress.
\n
• Documenting patient progress and updating treatment plans based on their evolving needs.
\n
• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve a wide range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families. You will address various issues affecting mental health and relational dynamics, such as:

• Separation and divorce

• Communication difficulties within families

• Adjustment issues related to blended families
\n
• Job-related stress impacting mental health

• Conflicts among family members

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapeutic services.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in a community health setting or familiarity with teletherapy practices will be advantageous in this role. Additional training in specialized therapeutic modalities or certifications would also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
