Accounting Coordinator

LHH is partnering with a growing organization in the Lewis Center, Ohio area to identify an Accounting Coordinator for a contract opportunity. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys working with financial data, supporting business operations, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. The position offers hands-on exposure to a variety of accounting functions and the opportunity to expand your skills in a dynamic setting. The assignment is expected to begin on a contract basis and has the potential to be extended based on workload and business needs. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain financial reports, including monthly profit and loss statements Support the budgeting process by gathering data and assisting with annual planning activities Calculate and track sales commissions while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting Enter and maintain financial information within QuickBooks Complete account reconciliations and research discrepancies across multiple bank accounts Generate payroll-related reports and provide administrative support to accounting leadership Serve as a backup point of contact for incoming calls when needed Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred 1-3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration experience Experience working with accounting software, preferably QuickBooks Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis functions Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Why Consider This Opportunity?
