Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments using a variety of evidence-based practices to accurately diagnose and formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Implement therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), fostering a safe space where clients can explore their feelings and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master's degree or a Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, reflecting your experience and expertise.
