Remote Patient Service Representative

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Patient Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate documentation of patient information. Key responsibilities Communicate with patients and staff through various channels, providing professional and empathetic responses to inquiries Utilize a computerized scheduling system to manage patient appointments and ensure timely follow-up on patient concerns Document and update patient records accurately while adhering to established practice guidelines and protocols Required qualifications A minimum of a High School diploma or GED Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy and concern Experience using multiple advanced communication tools, such as phone, email, and chat Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration in a diverse team environment
