About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Supervisor to help lead day-to-day kitchen operations in our fast-paced, quick-service sourdough pizza concept. This is a hands-on role where you will work alongside the team making pizzas, running stations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen. Our menu is simple, our systems are strong, and we focus on maintaining a clean, positive, and high-energy environment. This position is designed as a pathway into management for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook pizzas to company standards

Work across all stations including pizza, pantry, and expo

Support and help lead the kitchen team during shifts

Ensure food is prepared quickly, accurately, and consistently

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen

Follow and enforce food safety and sanitation standards

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Leadership mindset and willingness to take initiative

Team player who leads by example

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Basic food safety knowledge or willingness to learn

Experience in a kitchen environment is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
