The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining high-quality care standards. While the primary work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some adaptability may be required to accommodate client needs and foster optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' unique needs, crafting individualized treatment plans that promote effective recovery strategies.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide individual, couples, and family counseling sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups focused on key mental health issues, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care, participating in case consultations to discuss patient progress and treatment adjustments.

• Respond promptly to mental health emergencies by providing crisis intervention services, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and available resources in the community to enhance understanding and treatment compliance.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient information effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
