Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of clients by employing a range of assessment tools to understand their mental health status and formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Developing customized treatment plans that address specific issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Engaging clients in regular therapy sessions, utilizing different therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques to support their healing journey.

• Equipping clients with practical skills and coping strategies to facilitate progress and encourage accountability in their recovery.

• Coordinating care and referring clients to specialized healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, when additional support is necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will be centered on a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents to adults, each presenting unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will hold:

Compensation and Benefits\n
