Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health issues, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, group therapy sessions, and family counseling, utilizing evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Assist clients in crisis situations by utilizing crisis intervention techniques, offering immediate support and guidance in a compassionate manner.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records of client interactions, treatment strategies, progress notes, and outcomes, adhering strictly to ethical and legal guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for our clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available external support resources, empowering them in their recovery journey.
• Remain informed about the latest developments in mental health practices by participating in continuous education seminars, workshops, and trainings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Soulful Serenity, you will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your expertise will assist clients in understanding and overcoming their mental health challenges, ultimately leading them toward personal growth and emotional stability.

Qualifications

• Active license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related discipline is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a proven ability to develop effective treatment plans.
• Minimum of two years of supervised experience in a mental health or counseling setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collectively within a team framework.
• Commitment to uphold the highest professional and ethical standards in mental health care.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in telehealth services is favorable but not mandatory.
• Experience working with marginalized or underserved communities is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and digital therapeutic tools.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
