Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Recovery Wellbeing Counseling Center, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients to develop individualized treatment plans addressing their specific needs and concerns.

• Facilitating communication among various stakeholders, including supervisors, family members, and other involved parties to keep them informed on progress.

• Documenting client interactions and treatment progress via Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility of information.

• Participating in regular interdisciplinary meetings to collaborate with healthcare professionals and refine treatment strategies.
\n
• Organizing and executing follow-up appointments, including home visits, to ensure ongoing support and assessment of client needs.
\n
• Providing training and support to fellow counselors and staff, enhancing overall program efficiency and outcomes.
\n
• Compiling and submitting monthly and quarterly reports to monitor client progress and program effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of client populations, including adults and youth from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, ideally in a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in EMR software systems.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical considerations in mental healthcare.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling will be highly regarded. Experience collaboratively working within a multidisciplinary team can also enhance your application.
