Qualifications and Credentials:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) candidates
• Experience with school-based populations or interest in working in schools
• Skills in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for a diverse K-12 student population
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on student success
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy on-site two days per week (15 hours weekly)
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Educate and support caregivers and staff on strategies for student progress
