Overview As a Chef on our Restaurant team, you will act as both kitchen genius and artist, leading a versatile team with a focus on quality food and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of running a successful kitchen. Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking using tried and true recipes while preparing weekly specials. Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff while focusing on process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability, and compliance. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure readiness for white‑glove inspection. Qualifications 2 or more years of full‑service, upscale restaurant management experience. Passion and knowledge about quality food and exceptional customer service. Solid written and verbal communication skills and basic accounting knowledge. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work a flexible schedule. Valid food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations. Pay Range Annual salary ranges from 48,000 to 77,000 dollars. Pay varies by location and experience.
