Role Description

Hooten Young is on the lookout for a dedicated Office Manager to join our team in Jacksonville Beach. This full-time, remote position is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate who is eager to make an impact in the Food and Beverages industry.

As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support our team and contribute to our company's mission of delivering quality products to our customers. We offer a competitive salary range of $69,000 - $99,000 annually, along with a dynamic workplace culture that fosters growth and innovation.

  • Oversee daily office operations and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications
  • Support HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Facilitate a positive work environment and foster team collaboration
  • Perform general clerical duties to support staff as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
