Employment Litigation Associate Attorney AmLaw 100 Opportunity Compensation

$190,000 – $325,000+

Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an experienced Employment Litigation Associate Attorney opportunity with a leading Am Law 100 firm in Dallas .

This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation associate interested in a sophisticated management-side employment litigation practice , representing employers in complex workplace disputes in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.

Ideal Background

• 2–6 years of employment litigation or labor and employment experience

• Experience representing employers in employment-related disputes

• Experience handling matters involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, restrictive covenants, and other workplace disputes

• Experience litigating matters in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies

• Strong experience drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents

• Experience taking and defending depositions and working with fact and expert witnesses

• Experience handling EEOC and other administrative agency matters

• Experience with hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation

• Ability to independently manage significant portions of matters while collaborating with partners and clients

• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills

• Excellent client service and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

• Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted
