Key Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota Special Education Teacher license, Tier 3 or Tier 4 required
• Experience in special education settings, particularly at the elementary level
• Ability to manage and support an Academic Behavior Support (ABS) caseload
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for fostering inclusive learning environments

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct instruction and specialized support for students with diverse learning needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with staff and families
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to ensure accommodations and modifications are met
• Regularly assess student progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Contribute to professional meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing program development

Role Details:

• Position runs from August 25, 2026, through June 10, 2027
• Part-time (approximately 18 hours/week; 0.5 FTE)
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Located in a welcoming elementary school, providing a supportive work environment
