IT Systems Administrator

To support the organization's IT infrastructure, the full-time remote IT Systems Administrator will manage and troubleshoot IT systems, configure VPN solutions, and administer Jira and Google Workspace, ensuring security and productivity across the company. Key responsibilities Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot IT systems, including endpoints and SaaS applications Configure and manage VPN solutions to provide secure remote access for employees Administer and customize Jira, including workflows, automations, and user permissions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience) Minimum 4 years of experience in IT systems administration or a related role Hands-on experience with Jira administration and customization Proven experience managing Google Workspace environments Experience with Okta for identity and access management
