Production Technician - Freelancer (PRN)

Columbus, United States The Production Technician is responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of events, productions, and related work as well as assisting with the daily operations and sales of our clientele. Requirements Duties: Assist the sales team in booking and operations. Attend site surveys for events. Assist in collecting timelines and venue details. Generate, create & submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed. Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail. Assist with communicating with Clients about event details. Lead, and oversee contractors as needed. Scheduling & reserving gear for events. Help load and unload trucks. Assist in productions and events (load-in, run/ operate, strike). Delivery of equipment, mostly local but with occasional overnight trips when necessary. Have a professional appearance during events. Assist around the warehouse with normal business operation duties. Assist in the creation of event documentation for marketing. Assist other departments when necessary. Other duties as assigned. Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
