Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' mental health status, formulating accurate diagnoses and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Engage in individual therapy sessions that empower clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and work toward positive change.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, couple’s therapy, or family therapy to foster open communication and deepen relationships among participants.

• Maintain thorough documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and diagnostic assessments in adherence with the clinic's policies and regulatory requirements.

• Demonstrate an understanding of cultural competency by effectively working with a diverse clientele and responding appropriately to varying backgrounds and needs.

• Conduct ongoing treatment plan reviews to ensure alignment with clients' evolving needs and progress, making adjustments as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
