Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of patients and their families to identify strengths and areas for support.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques as necessary, offering both short-term and long-term individual, group, and family therapies.

• Serve as a resource to other staff members by providing guidance in psychosocial interventions related to patient care.

• Evaluate oncology patients for mental health concerns, offering therapeutic interventions for anxiety and depression.

• Participate in an on-call rotation to address after-hour psychological needs promptly and effectively.
