Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments with clients, both individually and as part of couples/family sessions, to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions focused on various issues affecting couples and families, including communication difficulties, grief and loss, conflict resolution, and adjustment to life changes such as separation or divorce.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to enhance patient outcomes and foster a supportive healing environment.
\n
• Collaborating with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and address clients' physical and mental health needs.
\n
• Documenting client interactions and progress in accordance with organizational standards and state regulations.
\n
• Staying abreast of developments and best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy through continuing education and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will cater to a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges. Key focus areas include:

• Experiences of physical or psychological abuse

• Grief and loss issues affecting family members
\n
• Conflict resolution among family members and siblings
\n
• Separation and divorce adjustments, particularly in blended families

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
