Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary duties as a remote Mental Health Counselor will include:

• Conducting scheduled counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat.

• Guiding clients in setting realistic therapeutic objectives and striving toward them.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will predominantly include stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health challenges. All clients are thoroughly screened to ensure that they are appropriate for remote counseling, allowing you to provide optimal care and support tailored to their needs.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current, independent LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) licensure, with no limited or provisional licenses accepted.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy and support effectively.
\n
• Robust interpersonal skills and a natural affinity for nurturing client relationships.

• Proficiency in technology and the ability to navigate online counseling platforms seamlessly.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 , depending on hours worked and experience level. Additionally, you will receive a sign-on bonus upon joining our team and access to a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors. Payments are processed through weekly direct deposits.
