Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments to evaluate the client's strengths, weaknesses, and specific challenges, ensuring that all intake documentation is accurate and complete.

• Employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, tailored to meet the needs of each client, fostering effective therapeutic relationships.

• Designing individualized psychological intervention plans that help clients achieve their treatment goals.

• Delivering individual and family counseling sessions, offering guidance that addresses emotional, social, and practical issues.

• Coordinating vocational, experiential, and family counseling as needed, to support holistic client development.

• Collaborating with community resources and referral sources to provide coordinated care, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support.

• Providing crisis intervention services and documentation to support client safety and well-being.
\n
• Offering telephonic support to clients and their families when immediate assistance is required.
\n
• Maintaining an active and appropriate state license for engaged scope of practice and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Providing regular feedback and consultation to the treatment team regarding client progress and concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied client population, including individuals facing mental health challenges, families seeking guidance, and those requiring support during crises. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral health setting.

• Current California BBS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.

• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
\n
• Strong organizational skills with excellent critical thinking abilities.

• Proficient understanding and application of assessment, interviewing, and counseling techniques.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in community health settings and those familiar with telehealth practices will be highly regarded. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is also advantageous, ensuring efficient documentation and client management.
