Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), and trauma-informed care (TIC).

• Create, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that clearly outline therapeutic goals and intervention strategies appropriate for each client.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated care that addresses clients' holistic needs.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups, fostering a sense of community among clients and empowering them through shared experiences.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, upholding the integrity of client records.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Valid and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
