Registrar Analyst, UNLV University Registrar - Student Records (R0150473) Full-time | Las Vegas, NV | Negotiable Salary Responsibilities Provide real‑time and responsive in‑person, telephone, and online support for students, staff, faculty, parents, families, and other parties regarding student records, enrollment, the MyUNLV system, and other Enrollment and Student Services topics. Support registration, enrollment functions, and MyUNLV Technical Support with moderate troubleshooting and investigation. Develop a solid understanding of student information systems, front‑end transactions, back‑end administrative and batch processes to assist with troubleshooting and reduce resolution time and escalation. Accountability Field over 50,000 annual inquiries from students, parents, and institutional units. Analyze, evaluate, and handle complex correspondence. Monitor and keep current with institutional, state, and federal regulations and office policies to ensure accurate and efficient release of information. Inaccurate information can result in policy violations, affect accreditation renewals, and produce inaccurate student records and reporting. Physical Demands Sedentary work with occasional lifting or moving of objects up to 10 lb. Jobs are sedentary with occasional walking or standing. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. 1–3 years of related professional experience. Accepted Equivalencies for Degree Requirement Four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. Associate’s degree plus two additional years of relevant experience. Required Experience At least one year of related professional experience. Customer service, technical support, public speaking, electronic presentation skills, and ability to work in a high‑paced environment.
