Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage and maintain an active client caseload, fostering effective working relationships while adhering to professional boundaries and ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, monitoring their progress and stability, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and coordinating discharge procedures when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment programs in alignment with clients' unique needs and goals.

• Perform comprehensive intake evaluations, gathering pertinent information to inform treatment decisions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for each case, including progress notes that reflect client interactions and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience providing clinical services in an outpatient setting.

• Proficient with computers and technology, including familiarity with RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and email platforms.

• Experience conducting direct psychotherapy for individuals and families, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
