Business Process Analyst – Boeing We are looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst to join the Global Logistics Warehousing team in the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization. The role involves collaborating closely with Production Control and Materials Management (PCMM) to enhance operations and optimize supply chain processes. Location Mesa, AZ; Everett, WA; or Renton, WA. The position is 100% onsite at one of these locations. Key Responsibilities Gather requirements, deploy warehousing solutions, and recommend operational improvements. Partner with business teams on benchmarking studies and business case development. Lead identification, analysis, development, and implementation of best practices for Supply Chain Management (SCM). Guide integrated process design teams and align PC/MM and SCM plans. Lead cross‑functional teams in adoption and deployment of new tools and techniques. Conduct risk identification assessments and develop effective counter‑measures. Develop executive level reporting methods to visualize performance across Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost, and present analysis to senior management. Consult, integrate, and improve existing enterprise business architecture. Create materials management business cases, estimates, and schedules to support strategic initiatives. Conduct material requirements analysis to optimize material flow behavior. Ensure business proposals and solutions comply with architectural standards and strategic objectives. Oversee, document, implement, and monitor sustainment of improvements. Basic Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in warehousing operations or related field. Familiarity with project‑management methodologies and lean process principles. Proficiency in data analysis. Strong communication skills and ability to engage business partners, colleagues, and leadership. Skilled knowledge of warehouse and 3PL operations. Preferred Qualifications Advanced experience with supply chain system integrations and warehousing technology solutions. Background working with third‑party logistics (3PL) service providers in a collaborative environment. Proven track record of leading risk‑management initiatives and implementing effective counter‑measures. Experience creating and delivering executive‑level presentations and reports to senior leadership. Experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. Travel May require up to 25% travel. Drug‑Free Workplace Boeing is a Drug‑Free Workplace.
