Job Description Summary Drive volume, share and profit growth in accounts and on annual, monthly, customer, and brand basis. Manage relationships with buyers in charge of purchasing decisions for multi-unit accounts. Job Responsibilities Maintain key accounts by effectively communicating marketing plans and developing relationships with key influencers of purchasing in multi-unit accounts. Present new products, execute promotional events, and conduct business reviews as prescribed. Lead the development of annual plans for key accounts that outline agreed brand and consumer strategies and ensure delivery of business goals. Employ strategies to strengthen position as the wholesaler of choice in the account’s planning processes. Educate account staff on priority brands through instructional seminars and business/category insights. Manage and evaluate all promotional spending by account priority, implementing corrective actions as needed. Assist in developing account‑specific presentations and set goals for volume, profit, distribution, and merchandising execution. Proactively participate in strategy briefing sessions, provide feedback on program execution, effectiveness, and generate problem‑solving ideas. Drive volume and profit growth of multi‑unit accounts. Obtain and communicate updated market competitive information. Understand company pricing and product programming and maintain accurate records. Conduct supplier surveys, plan routes, and execute follow‑ups while scheduling Sales Representatives when appropriate. Establish and present merchandising objectives relative to brand priority for each account, defining POS needs to suppliers. Produce POS materials, including signage and wine and cocktail lists, leveraging digital capabilities. Ensure maximum brand visibility within accounts by maintaining standards and using effective point‑of‑sale materials. Assist the event‑marketing manager in organizing, soliciting, and executing events and brand promotions. Manage overlay account data similar to an ADS in SAP, with expanded reporting needs. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience. Minimum of 5years’ experience in sales. Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs, including presentation software. Results‑oriented professional with verbal and written communication skills, diplomacy, discretion, and customer‑service skills. Ability to multi‑task, work independently or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines. Analytic and reporting skills. Sound judgement and problem‑solving skills. Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume team environment. Preferred Qualifications Supervisory experience. Relevant cross‑functional experience (finance, operations, IT, HR, project management, etc.). Valid driver’s license. Physical Requirements Regularly stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone. Compensation Salary Range: $76,800 – $90,000. 15% bonus potential.
