Diversion Specialist: Housing Options & Client Support
Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida
Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida is seeking a Diversion Assistant to support walk-in clients by identifying safe alternatives to shelter entry. You will collect information, provide immediate problem-solving, and coordinate resources under the supervision of the Diversion Program Manager. Responsibilities include screenings, identifying diversion options, coordinating with housing specialists, and documenting outcomes in HMIS, with a goal of assisting at least 30 clients diverted #J-18808-Ljbffr Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida
