Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, leading to a deeper understanding of their individual needs.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure that clients receive integrated and coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans to protect clients in acute distress.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards, thereby ensuring the provision of high-quality care.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a sense of community among clients.
