SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Position Overview We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Shift Supervisor position at Uber Technologies, 1725 3rd Street, San Francisco, CA 94158. Online applications are accepted only. Schedule & Compensation Full‑time schedule; Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Fixed pay rate: $26.00 per hour. Internal employee referral bonus available. Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained. Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety. Act as the contact person for employee complaints, requests for time off, and other inquiries. Mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and pursue advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Two years of prior shift supervisor experience required. Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position or be otherwise qualified. Position may require Florida Level 2 background screening.
