Patient Service Representative
Provides front-office and administrative support by coordinating scheduling, managing reception duties, handling phone communications, and assisting patients, providers, and referral sources. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, maintaining confidentiality, supporting efficient clinic operations, resolving issues, promoting quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring accurate scheduling and communication with both internal and external customers.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year customer service and computer skills
Preferred Qualifications: Medical or hospital setting
Length of Assignment: 26 weeks
Shift / Hours Per Week: 8 HR Days, some weekends
Start Date: ASAP
