Role Overview As a Sales Business Process Analyst, you will evaluate and improve sales processes and systems. You will work across functions to identify gaps, design solutions, and implement scalable improvements that enhance productivity and effectiveness. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end process improvement initiatives with business and IT stakeholders Analyze current processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Facilitate cross‑functional meetings to align on process changes and drive adoption Develop business requirements, process documentation, and implementation plans Monitor process performance and implement continuous improvements Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, mathematics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement roles Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and project management skills Experience working with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders Proficiency with business tools and reporting (MS Office Suite, process mapping tools) including Artificial Intelligence tools like Co‑Pilot Preferred Qualifications Experience with tools such as MS Dynamics, SAP, RapidResponse, ModelN, or similar platforms Knowledge of business process management (BPM) methodologies Experience creating user stories, process maps, and change management plans Strong facilitation and communication skills across all organizational levels Experience designing scalable, data‑driven process improvements Benefits Medical, dental, and vision plans available in all locations Benefits that protect income in case of illness or injury, and paid family leave Robust paid time‑off program and paid holidays Micron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
