Location: Greenfield, IN 46140

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to support shipping operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you will safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers to move and organize materials, ensuring efficient workflow and accurate product handling.

What You'll Do:
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse
• Move products to storage, staging, and outbound shipping areas
• Ensure proper placement and organization of inventory
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

What We're Looking For:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of equipment operator experience preferred
• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and/or order pickers required
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through company training)
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety standards
• Experience using WMS or inventory systems is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• English proficiency (70% or higher required)
• Must pass background check and 5-panel drug screen

Shift:
1st Shift - Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
