About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Project Controls to lead and support strategic project execution and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project controls across multiple engagements, including large-scale and complex projects. This role involves partnering with team members to ensure the successful execution of projects from conception to completion, presenting project updates and cost estimates to key stakeholders, and developing detailed construction and project cost estimates. The Vice President will also be tasked with identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and monitoring their implementation to ensure the success of the projects. Applicants for the Vice President of Project Controls position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or real estate sectors. Proficiency in estimating software and strong analytical skills are essential. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with the ability to generate comprehensive cost evaluations and benchmarks, and who can ensure clarity and transparency in all project-related activities.
