Deliver focused therapy sessions emphasizing communication skills, fluency, voice, and swallowing functions.

Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, and families to implement comprehensive care plans.

Provide education for patients and their families to support therapeutic progress beyond clinical visits.

Engage in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring a seamless continuum of care throughout the therapy journey.

Maintain precise and timely documentation that aligns with regulatory guidelines.

Limitlessly pursue continuing education and peer engagement to stay abreast of advancements in the field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in line with ASHA certification standards preferred.

Licensed as a Speech Language Therapist in the state.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of hire.
