Deliver tailored speech therapy sessions that focus on enhancing communication, fluency, voice, and swallowing abilities.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, families, and caregivers to develop comprehensive care strategies.

Engage with patients and their families by providing educational resources to encourage progress outside of clinical appointments.

Participate in occasional inpatient assessments and interventions, ensuring continuity of care throughout the recovery process.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and institution-specific regulations.

Stay at the forefront of your field by engaging in continuing education and collaborative learnings with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not already ASHA-certified.

Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Deep knowledge of evidence-based practices applicable to all ages, with keen insight into both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Outstanding interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and care teams.

Adaptation of therapeutic techniques to cater to multicultural and multifaceted linguistic backgrounds.
