Marketing Specialist

Overview The Marketing Specialist provides support for various firm-wide and studio marketing needs. In addition to these responsibilities the Marketing Specialist facilitates and acts as a consultant during the proposal and interview process, working with leadership, Business Development and studio staff throughout the firm to pull together customized and compelling responses to RFPs. This person is comfortable speaking and effectively responding to questions/concerns in front of a wide variety of stakeholders, proactively steering meetings to more productive end results. Responsibilities Responsibilities include providing general support for the marketing department, mentoring fellow team members, leading the design of proposals, leading the development of presentation strategy and materials, development of marketing collateral, content management in the firm database, developing new content for collateral, website and other writing support as needed. This person will play a large role in ensuring quality control for team deliverables. Fundamentals Leading meetings and consultatively managing the proposal and interview process Thorough understanding of Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements and asking questions to ensure accurate deliverable Co-own and drive forward initiatives with (and without) Marketing Leader Ability to develop studio-based and firm marketing campaigns with project management-based goals and outcomes High degree of organization and exceptional attention to detail Ability to take direction and proactively run with projects Providing excellent quality work that improves marketing experience with others in firm Ability to prioritize self and team initiatives to provide additional support to team at large when needed Ability to establish and solidify relationships through positive communication with a variety of positions across the firm Lead with a positive attitude and help to create a healthy team environment while supporting the company's high-volume daily needs Be a marketing team representative that supports the firm's mission of elevating people's potential The Fine Print AEC Experience a Plus 2- or 4-year degree preferred Self-Driven Individual with ability to self-manage initiative and determine ROI Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite products (especially PowerPoint and InDesign) The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 based on skills and experience Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
