Job Description & Requirements: Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (NP Only). StartDate: ASAP. Pay Rate: $101.85 - $110.25. Details & Requirements 8 hours per day, working the day shift. 40 hours per week with no nights but will work weekends 1 out of 3 weeks. Hospital based. Emphasis on structural heart cases. Credentialing Timeframe: 0 to 30 days. Must have an active Utah license. Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC.
