Work Environment\n

This position allows for flexibility in scheduling, with the option to work from home, accommodating our clients' diverse schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and seamless patient care.
