Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, including psychosocial assessments and diagnostic interviews, to understand clients' unique circumstances and challenges.

• Develop individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, considering their goals, cultural backgrounds, and personal values.

• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions using proven therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Provide essential crisis intervention services, coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure patients experiencing acute distress receive timely and effective care.
\n
• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, empowering them with the skills and knowledge necessary for self-management and long-term recovery.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to create a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Assess therapy effectiveness through regular outcome evaluations, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize results.

• Stay informed on current research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health to continually enhance clinical competency.

• Uphold ethical standards and maintain the confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
