Job Title: IT Help Desk Location: Chicago, IL Pay Range: $30 What's the Job? Reimaging laptops to ensure they meet organizational standards and security protocols Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users Maintaining and updating hardware and software inventories Documenting support requests and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system Collaborating with team members to resolve complex technical issues efficiently What's Needed? Experience with reimaging laptops and deploying software updates Strong understanding of computer hardware and operating systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support tools What's in it for me?
