Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions grounded in personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Perform rigorous assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying their strengths and areas requiring support.

• Collaborate with other wellness professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a comprehensive support network for each client.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients’ families and consult with relevant parties, such as educational institutions, to optimally support treatment goals.

• Assist clients in defining and achieving treatment objectives, offering encouragement and accountability throughout the process.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
