Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of client needs, developing customized treatment plans that include pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and pharmacological treatment recommendations when necessary.

• Maintain compliance with all documentation standards, ensuring timely completion of records in accordance with regulatory requirements to facilitate effective treatment continuity.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as advised by the clinical team to assess client progress and outcome measures.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement and monitor positive behavior support techniques tailored to individual client requirements.

• Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation initiatives, contributing to the clinic’s adherence to best practices and regulatory compliance.

• Serve as an effective liaison between clients and relevant service systems, including government agencies and community partners, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Engage in stakeholder networking, developing productive relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to promote available programs and explore funding opportunities.

• Represent the organization in statewide meetings and committees, advocating for our mission, values, and community support initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse patient population including individuals grappling with mental health issues, substance abuse recovery, developmental disabilities, and brain injuries. You will play a critical role in assessing their needs and developing tailored treatment plans that respect their individual situations while fostering resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field.

• Possession of a current Independent LMHC License.

Compensation and Benefits\n
