Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and continuous evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions, establishing therapeutic goals based on clinical findings.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques and tools tailored to individual client needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring an inclusive and culturally sensitive environment for all participants.

• Regularly monitor client progress and modify treatment plans to reflect any changes in mental health status or personal goals.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to coordinate comprehensive care and make referrals when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

• A solid understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.

• Strong ability to apply culturally responsive and inclusive practices in therapy.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the capacity to maintain poise in high-stress situations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate the building of rapport with a range of clients.

• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other pertinent software applications.

• A commitment to ethical practices, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000–100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
