This is a full-time remote position that allows for flexibility while ensuring you remain connected to our outpatient office environment. While most therapy sessions can be conducted virtually, our office serves as a hub for team collaboration and in-person client meetings when necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health needs of clients, ensuring the development of individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Offer individual, group, and family therapy utilizing a variety of therapeutic models, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, to address a wide array of mental health concerns.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to deliver comprehensive, holistic care for each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, employing your clinical skills and empathy to stabilize and guide them through their distress.

• Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives designed to increase mental health awareness and reduce stigma, further advocating for our client population.

As a licensed therapist at Blossoming Young Minds, you will have the opportunity to engage with individuals facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. This role is crucial in helping to deliver compassionate and culturally competent care to those who need it the most.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a valid & independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Have completed a master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge.

• Demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, establishing rapport effectively with clients of various backgrounds and fostering therapeutic relationships that promote healing.

• Exhibit cultural competence and sensitivity to work effectively with individuals from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic communities.

• Showcase robust organizational and time-management skills to manage detailed documentation and adhere to treatment timelines efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with a diverse patient population is preferred, highlighting your ability to navigate a range of mental health diagnoses and treatment methodologies.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies is an asset, supporting our hybrid service delivery model.

• Familiarity with community resources and support systems to help clients access additional assistance as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Blossoming Young Minds offers an attractive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your skills and experience level.
