Work Environment

Located in the heart of Old Bridge, New Jersey, our outpatient office boasts a welcoming atmosphere, equipped with advanced therapy tools and technology to support patient rehabilitation. Our dedicated team of healthcare professionals collaborates closely to create and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring a robust support system for both staff and patients. Working on-site, you will enjoy a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify patient needs through comprehensive evaluations and consultations, ensuring that individual goals and objectives are recognized and addressed.
• Maintain a manageable caseload of one patient per hour, enabling focused and personalized care.
• Develop and execute effective treatment and rehabilitation plans utilizing a mix of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic modalities, and exercise programs.
• Encourage patients to engage in non-surgical options as effective alternatives to medication and invasive procedures.
• Design customized fitness and wellness plans tailored to individual patient profiles, promoting improvement in strength, flexibility, and overall functionality.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their recovery process, fostering a positive rehabilitation atmosphere.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members, including physicians and specialists, to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Track and document progress meticulously, evaluating outcomes and communicating results effectively with patients and staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions that affect mobility and function. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse demographics, from athletes needing rehabilitation after sports injuries to older adults recovering from falls or surgeries. Our focus is on delivering individualized care that leads to meaningful improvements in patients' lives.

Qualifications

• Possess a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Hold an active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey without any board or disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in manual therapy and the ability to design and implement exercise programs specific to patient needs.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable, equipping you with insights applicable to our patient demographics.
• Hands-on experience with a variety of therapy techniques and interventions relevant to sports medicine and post-operative care.

Compensation and Benefits

Raze Orthopedics offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
